Frequently Asked Questions

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel beyond the Hudson Valley, NY, would require a custom package. All of these listed above are really for Montauk, NY, to the Hudson Valley. Beyond that we would discuss a custom package that fits everyone's photography goals and vision.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if we do not want an Engagement session?

Engagement sessions are a great way to break the ice, and we highly recommend you take the opportunity to do one with us. The Engagement Session is a free add on with your wedding package, if you choose not to do one, that's totally fine, but it does not change the structure of the package.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if one of you is sick, injured or you have a family emergency?

Great question, I'd love to answer this for you. Stephanie will come to your wedding holding her leg that just fell off to get the job done. I wish we were kidding, but we aren't. That being said it is very realistic to think about that as we are a Husband and Wife team. Luckily we have a great network of colleagues that could associate or second shoot with Stephanie if it was absolutely necessary.

A couple embraces romantically at sunset among rows of grapevines in a vineyard.

The best photographer we could’ve dreamed of having!!! Looking for wedding vendors can be stressful and finding a photographer who understood that my husband and I didn’t feel comfortable taking typical wedding pictures was important. We wanted candid moments of our special day. Finding Stephanie was the most amazing addition to our wedding day. She spent all day with us and was so attentive, so flexible and was always there when you needed her. Her pictures are stunning and perfectly displayed the most amazing moments of our wedding. I will continue to use her for every milestone in my life because she is an incredible person and photographer. 10000/10 recommend

Testimonials
A romantic moment on the dance floor at a wedding reception under a tent with string lights overhead.

We got married last September on the 23rd in Kismet, Fire Island. I'm sure all my fellow fall brides of 2023 understand the feud we had going with Mother Nature, and let's just say despite all efforts and a potential disastrous beach wedding, Stephanie promised she would do anything in her power to not let our special day and weekend fall apart. So flash forward to the Thursday before our wedding, a tropical storm was planning to make landfall on Saturday, our wedding day. We were frantically trying to arrange for our vendors to get to the island and our guests to stay on the island since the nighttime ferries would be cancelled. We knew anything outdoors had become out of the question, and we decided to do a casual impromptu surprise ceremony for our friends and family on the ferry dock on the bay on what would have been the Friday night of the welcome party. We had lost control of so many aspects of our dream wedding weekend, we figured this was one way to take back some control and focus on the importance of sharing our marriage and commitment in front of our loved ones. When we told Stephanie this news the day before, she was SO DOWN and genuinely SO EXCITED. She captured the greatest shots for us that night, the genuine happiness on all our faces and even a sunset showed up. She kept the energy up and in tandem with my family/family friends efforts she promised to be there the morning for our formal ceremony/reception day and do everything in her power to make the day go seamlessly; and that she did. She arrived in full hurricane proof rain gear, with a smile on, keeping the energy going while reassuring me that everything would work out okay. She knew my anxiety over the chaos the weather had brought to my dream wedding on top of my already camera shy/'I don't like being center of attention' personality and never pushed me or my husband to do too much. She felt my energy without me having to speak. I am so grateful for all the effort she had put into our wedding, and I couldn't thank her enough. I would refer her a million times over again - when you hire Stephanie you are not only getting a photographer but a friend who is willing to go the mile for you and your happiness without questions asked
